ACTIVITY
Tsukisamu Park, which is located literally next to the building, was renovated in 2018. It offers many activities you and your family can enjoy: huge playgrounds for small children as well as older children, tennis courts, park golf (mini-golf on grass), baseball fields, a pond with rental boats, a shrine and a parklife center with clean toilets as well a space where you can rest. In recent years, the park has become an attraction for many local families.
We’d love you to get the best experience out of the city as well as the park’s activities! We have also prepared some toys and items for guests in the shared entrance hall space for use in the park: from frisbees, toys for sand playing and many more in summer time, to snow shovels and sleds in winter time.

Not only are they very fast in response to our queries, they are very friendly and helpful to recommend good restaurants to try around the area. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, and we were able to cook most days. There are a lot of nice thoughtful details, such as having umbrellas, sleds, etc which we found to come in handy. Hosts: The hosts were great and went above & beyond in answering any questions we had, and to make sure things were going well. We never had any issues during our stay, but if we did, I'm sure they would have been quick to help us out with anything. Location: we really loved the location. It's a quieter location but still has great restaurants/bakeries within a few minutes walk. There are also really nice supermarkets and a butcher nearby, we were able to get everything we needed for our entire stay within walking distance. Is parking available?

There are two parking spots in front of the building. These are on a first-come-first-served basis, so please let us know at the time of your booking if you’d like to reserve one of the parking spots. Additionally, there is also a decently priced paid-parking lot about 390m away.

How does check-in work?

We usually do an unmanned check-in procedure. After your booking is complete, a login will be issued for our website. Further instructions are to be found on our guest login page, but to outline the basics: after we have confirmed your identity with a camera that is installed in the entrance hall, we will let you know the door code for the main entrance door so you can get into the building.

Is it possible to check-in late or early?

Please let us know about a possible late or early check-in after you have completed your booking. We will check about current bookings and cleaning staff time frames, and get back to you on whether this is possible or not.

Can I leave luggage prior to check-in or after check-out?

Since we operate check-in and check-out through an unmanned procedure, we usually recommend our guests to use the coin lockers at the station (Sapporo station or Misono subway station). If you have removed all valuables, we can offer a chain lock you can use in a designated area inside our building to keep your luggage until check-in/after check-out. Please note that we take no responsibility for possible theft or damage to your luggage.

How do I get to the building from Chitose Airport?

There are several options, including public transport or taxi. It depends on your situation and also on the time of your arrival. You can always contact us and we can recommend the best option for you.
One option is to use the airport express train from Chitose to Sapporo JR Station, from there you change into the subway (Toho-line) in the direction of Fukuzumi and get off at the Misono subway station; from there it’s around 5-8 minutes walk to our building.
Another option would be to take a taxi directly to the location. There are fixed prices for some taxis, so when you travel with family/group and luggage, this might be the most convenient option.

Being located next to Spain, it not only offers a warm climate, but you can enjoy local produce such as cheese, ham and wine at countryside prices.
In the summer, the town is crowded with vacationers, but in the rest of the season, it is a laid-back picturesque French countryside place, hopefully soon to be visited and enjoyed by you.
