[Spring 2025 Update] A Season of Refreshing and Upgrades 🌸
Hello again from SomewhereElse!
As part of our ongoing effort to keep our spaces warm, well-cared-for, and practical for everyday living, this past spring has been a busy (and satisfying!) season of improvements across our six Sapporo apartments.

🧹 Seasonal Refresh: Spring Renovation Highlights
🌿 New Flooring
● Our popular 301 unit received beautiful new flooring throughout all rooms last year — and it’s been so well received, we continued the upgrades!
● This spring, we gave the 201 unit a refreshed feel by replacing the flooring in the living room, kitchen, and entrance hall.
● Most recently, our compact 302 studio also received an all fresh new floor. Simple changes like this really do make a difference in how the space feels.

🔌 USB & USB-C Charging Sockets
Another small but exciting change:
We’ve installed modern outlets with built-in USB and USB-C ports in all six units, near the kitchen counters.
We know many guests travel with multiple devices, and these charging ports just make everything easier — no more hunting for adaptors!
🛠️ Our Twice-Yearly Rhythm
We usually make improvements twice a year — once in spring (March–April) and once again in autumn (October–November), during the quieter seasons. It’s our way of staying present and responsive to what each space (and guest) needs, rather than letting things slowly fade over time.
We believe good hospitality is about the little things — thoughtful updates, comfort underfoot, convenience where it matters. And as always, we’re open to feedback from our guests to keep evolving the spaces we share.
Thanks for following along with our journey — and stay tuned for the next update in autumn 🍂
